We are supporting the confidential search for a Supply Chain Director to join an innovative, fast-growing specialist manufacturing and solutions business headquartered in Devon.
This is a pivotal leadership role with end-to-end accountability for supply chain strategy, procurement, production planning, and stock across multiple sites in the UK and Europe.
The Role
This role owns the entire supply chain, including:
* All Purchasing & Procurement (direct and indirect), including fleet / van purchasing
* Production planning and assembly, with scope to introduce greater standardisation and efficiency
* Installations and operational flow from order to delivery
* Responsibility for stock management across all locations (UK & Europe)
* Driving cost control, supplier performance, availability, and scalability to support growth
The Supply Chain Director will play a key role in shaping how the business scales — balancing speed, innovation, and margin in a demanding customer environment.
