Starting this February half term, the successful candidate will work Mondays and Tuesdays on a temporary-to-permanent contract. The Role Managing the premises on Mondays and Tuesdays, you will work a split shift: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Key duties include monitoring the heating and water systems, performing seasonal maintenance (such as leaf clearing or gritting), and ensuring the site is litter-free. You will work closely with the School Business Manager to identify and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring the building remains compliant with all health and safety legislation. Requirements Practicality: Strong DIY skills and a proactive approach to a daily "to-do" list. Physicality: The role is active and involves moving furniture and equipment safely. Compliance: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; the school cannot offer sponsorship. A valid enhanced DBS is essential. Salary £26,000 – £29,000 per annum, pro-rata.
