Job summary:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers in the classroom and support students with their learning. You will be an important part of our team, making sure students get the help they need to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
* Support students with their work and learning.
* Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
* Monitor and report on student progress and behaviors.
* Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable but not essential
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Able to follow instructions and work independently.
* Strong classroom management abilities.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
