About the role
Are you passionate about inspiring creative talent? We’re looking for an ArtTeacher/Lecturer to join a supportive further education environment in Plymouth, delivering engaging lessons and helping students succeed on BTEC and UAL courses.

What we’re looking for
* Teaching Qualification
* Level 2 Literacy & Numeracy
* Relevant NVQ Level 3 or above
* Assessors Award
* IT/ILT/ICT training desirable
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* Experience delivering BTEC and UAL courses
* Ability to use ILT strategies to support learning
* Focus on managing student learning, not just teaching
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

* Clear and effective communicator
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to raising student achievement
