Job Description:

Due to expanding operations, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join the sales office of a thriving industrial distributor located in Stourbridge. The business sells into the manufacturing sector and has a stable 20+ year trading history with healthy year-on-year growth.

Salary up to £32K + generous holiday entitlement + pension + free parking + Christmas shutdown + training

This is an office-based role in Stourbridge, with easy access from Wordsley, Kingswinford, Brierley Hill, Dudley, Halesowen, Quinton, Wombourne, Kinver, Kidderminster, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove.

You will be…

* Organised, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Process-driven, able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
* Well-educated in Maths and English, with a minimum GCSE grade of C (9-6), preferably with A-levels or above.
* Numbers-focused, capable of working with different currencies and units, calculating prices, margins, and percentages.
* Proficient in Excel, including writing formulas.
* An excellent communicator, confident in making outbound calls and engaging with customers to deliver excellent service and increase sales.
* Experienced in a product-focused, B2B sales office environment.

What you’ll be doing…

* Processing orders, creating invoices, and arranging product deliveries worldwide.
* Calculating sales prices and discussing them with customers.
* Coordinating with third-party warehouses and transport providers to ensure top service.
* Managing and updating CRM records for customers and products.
* Regular communication with customers via phone and email.
* Supporting the MD and team to drive business growth.
