SEN Deputy Headteacher - Croydon (Leadership Pay Scale)
Teaching Personnel's PWR team is seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Deputy Headteacher to join a specialist school in Croydon. This school provides a nurturing and supportive environment for students with special educational needs, fostering their independence and personal development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the school's SEN provision, ensuring the highest standards of support and inclusion. Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing and managing the school's SEN provision, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
2. Developing and implementing effective SEN policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.
3. Leading and managing the SEN team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
4. Collaborating with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
5. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of SEN provision, using data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
6. Contributing to the strategic development of the school, ensuring the needs of SEN students are fully considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent at a later date.
