We're seeking an ambitious Registered Manager to take the reins of our well-established 50 bedded residential care home, dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care for older people. About the Role: As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring excellence in care, compliance, and operational delivery. You'll be supported by a dedicated and experienced team and a provider who is committed to continuous improvement and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high standards of person-centred care. Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC and other governing bodies. Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing effectively. Drive quality improvements and promote a positive culture within the home. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar-sized service. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or working towards). Strong understanding of CQC standards and current legislation. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A genuine passion for elderly care and commitment to quality.
