As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the development and learning of primary school students. Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with class teachers to deliver effective lessons.
* Provide individual or small-group support to students who need extra assistance.
* Help manage the classroom to maintain a positive learning environment.
* Offer support to students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
* Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
* Support school events, activities, and parent meetings when needed.
Requirements
* Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
* A patient, caring, and supportive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus, but not mandatory.
* A commitment to safeguarding children (an enhanced DBS check is required).
