Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflow

Supporting senior management and wider site and sales teams with administrative tasks

Coordinating meetings, diaries, and internal communications

Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and health & safety compliance
*
Acting as a key point of contact for staff, contractors, and external stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
*
Experience within construction or house building (desirable)
*
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*
A proactive, problem-solving approach
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
