This is a newly created role sitting at the intersection of creativity, technology and storytelling.
You’ll take ownership of motion and multimedia output, developing visually striking content that elevates brand presence across digital platforms and physical environments. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design and commercial teams, while also having the autonomy to experiment and push creative boundaries.
Description
* Producing high-quality video, animation and motion graphics for campaigns, launches and digital channels
* Integrating AI tools into creative workflows (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora‑style platforms)
* Creating platform‑optimised content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and paid media
* Bringing key brand narratives, design, sustainability and innovation to life visually
* Developing a scalable, organised library of content assets and templates
* Acting as an internal advocate for emerging creative technology and AI capabilities
Profile
A successful Motion and AI Content Creator should have:
* Proven experience in motion design, video editing or animation
* Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
* Exposure to AI‑powered creative tools and a genuine curiosity to explore further
* Excellent eye for detail, composition and brand storytelling
* Comfortable working at pace across multiple projects
* A strong portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your motion work
Nice to Have
* Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine)
* Skills in colour grading, sound design, or videography
* Background in a design‑led, interiors or product‑focused industry
Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from £38,500 to £45,000 per annum.
