Support Worker – Monmouthshire
Hours: Day shifts between 7am–8pm
Pay: ££ per hour

Completely Care is working with a well-established supported living site in Monmouth to find dedicated agency support workers!

What the Role Involves:

5. Providing person-centred support to individuals in their homes, the local community and supported living sites
6. Support individuals who may display challenging behaviour, responding calmly and effectively to ensure a safe and positive environment
7. Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques, ensuring their safety and dignity at all times
8. Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
9. Encouraging independence and community engagement
10. Building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing
11. Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately

What We’re Looking For:

12. At least 6 months UK based experience in supported living or community-based care
13. A current enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
14. Manual handling experience and training, with the ability to safely lift and transfer residents
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
16. Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
