A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy residential property team.
Manage an independent caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
Contribute to business development, networking and client relationship building
\Minimum 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
Experience with freehold and leasehold matters, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, first registrations and site acquisition
Proactive with strong networking and business development skills
