As a sales professional, you will need to be accountable, passionate, and ambitious to support our growth plans in the UK and help shape our sales force in Newcastle.
Overall Responsibilities
As a team leader of your own sales team, you will be responsible for empowering and guiding the team to reach their full potential. You will develop and grow your current portfolio and ensure the team hits monthly targets. Your team's success is your success!
In particular:
* Promoting and selling the Verisure product to potential customers
* Conducting weekly meetings with the team
* Training new and existing staff
* Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team
* Proactively seeking new revenue-generating opportunities
* Supporting the sales manager in achieving monthly sales targets
* Acting as a security expert
* Managing the team’s scheduled appointments and installations
