Provide high-quality, efficient chairside support to Orthodontists during patient treatments, ensuring excellent clinical care and patient experience. The role involves working closely with Orthodontic Technicians and other members of the Orthodontic and Maxillofacial team to deliver coordinated, patient-focused care.
In addition to clinical support, the post holder will contribute to the smooth running of the department by performing a range of administrative, clinical, and decontamination duties. All tasks must be carried out in line with GDC guidelines, NHS policies, and CQC regulations.

Provide direct chairside clinical assistance to the Orthodontist during patient treatments.
Deliver one-to-one support to ensure procedures run smoothly and efficiently.
Prepare and ensure the availability of all necessary dental instruments and equipment for clinical sessions.
Support the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
Work collaboratively with the Orthodontic Laboratory and all members of the orthodontic team to support effective treatment planning and care delivery.
