Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join their Fundraising Marketing team within the Direct & Digital Marketing function.
This role focuses on delivering high-impact fundraising appeals and supporter engagement campaigns that demonstrate tangible impact and deepen supporter relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing multi-channel individual giving campaigns, with particular emphasis on direct marketing across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Delivery
* Plan and deliver direct marketing fundraising campaigns, including direct mail appeals
* Develop and execute multi-channel supporter engagement campaigns
* Coordinate activity across print, direct mail, and digital channels
* Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from concept through to evaluation
Project & Stakeholder Management
* Project manage complex campaigns involving multiple stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with creative agencies and internal teams
* Influence and engage senior stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment
Performance & Optimisation
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using a test-and-learn approach
* Analyse results to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
* Drive innovation in fundraising marketing methods and engagement strategies
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering direct marketing or individual giving campaigns
* Experience planning and executing multi-channel supporter engagement activity
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders
* Experience working across both print and digital direct marketing channels
* Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating campaign performance
