Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of our daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high-quality menu and motivating our staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
* Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals while ensuring efficient operations and high standards of production, productivity, and customer service.
* Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests to meet friends, celebrate special occasions, or work on important projects while enjoying a meal in our bakery-cafe.
* Invest in and develop our cafe teams to help them provide flawless service and create memorable experiences.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast casual and/or full-service, high-volume restaurants preferred).
* Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation.
* Able to work approximately a 50-hour work week, including rotating shifts on days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Can commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated with a genuine passion for teamwork.
* Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests to relax and enjoy their dining experience.
* Engages, connects, and builds relationships with guests and staff.
* Creative ability to work with the community and drive sales.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Authorized to work in the USA.
