We are seeking a passionate and skilled Connexions Personal Adviser to join our team, delivering high-quality information, advice, and guidance to young people aged 14–19 (up to 25 for those with learning difficulties and disabilities). You must be able to advocate for young people and help them to address their barriers to progression. This role is vital in raising aspirations, promoting social mobility, and supporting successful transitions into education, employment, and training. You will be expected to have significant specific experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and complex or high needs as well as competency in working with parents/ carers and a range of services and providers. This is vital in raising aspirations, increasing awareness around the options available, supporting through transition, achieving positive outcomes into employment, education and training as well as Preparing For Adulthood.
