We focus on developing our leaders to spearhead our culture and growth, so you'll be supported and mentored to deliver the right plans to drive business performance - and we'll celebrate the results with you along the way.About the roleYou will be Responsible for being first line of contact for employees regrading HR-related queries, acting as the first stage resolver. Working on a range of tasks from communicating new employees once hired, before their first day of employment, through to end of employment (and how we pay, develop and manage them in between). Your responsibilitiesFirst line of employee contact, covering all local HR processes across the Northern Europe Commercial site, including our Irish team based in DublinOwn the monthly payroll for Northern Europe to ensure everyone is paid accurately & on timeOwnership of HRIS Data management and maintenance of all employee filesFirst line of contact for outsourced payroll providerIdentify process improvements to ensure operational excellence, with the employee experience at the heartManage the pre-boarding and onboarding on new employees from handover from Talent Acquisition, ensuring relevant communication and paperwork is sent out timely, returned data is stored accordingly, and facilitating day one InductionsGenerate contractual change letters for employeesConduct monthly data audits to ensure employee & system data accuracy, in line with local legislationInput accurate data into Success Factors relating to people changes and moves, payroll information and supporting advisors/Business Partners with position managementCreation of leaver letters following process, liaising with payroll to manage final pay/annual leave accruement etcYou will be the point of contact for HR related invoicing to ensure all suppliers are paid on time, maintaining external relationshipsHandle ad-hoc payroll queries, referring and escalating where necessaryAny other operational elements of HR to support the wider HR teamThe experience we're looking forHighly analytical and experienced with project coordinationOrganised and committed to meeting deadlinesAttention to detail, ability to follow tasks/cases through from start to finishSound knowledge of HR practices with the ability to work at pace.Previous experience working in a busy HR operational environmentAbility to work as part of a close teamConfident with MS Packages including PowerPoint & Excel as well as any other HR systemsThe skills for successData and Analytics, HR Process Improvement; Process management; HR Process improvement, Storytelling; Data led storytelling, Strategic mindset, Digital literacy, HR Data Analsyis; Data management; Employee data management, Commercial accumen, Solutioning.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
