Job Summary:
We are looking for bar staff to join our friendly team at The Prom Hotel.
Mostly evening and weekend shifts, flexibility required as shifts will be different each week.
Permanent position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
* Perform bartending duties efficiently, including preparing and serving beverages to customers
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
* Assist in menu selection and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
* Uphold food safety protocols at all times to guarantee the well-being of our guests
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
* Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize customer needs
Requirements:
* Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred
* Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
* Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused approach
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of restaurant operations and standards is advantageous
* Excellent time management skills to meet service requirements efficiently
