The IT Technician is responsible for delivering reliable IT support and customer services functions within the institution and supporting other schools within the Foundation. This role involves effective communication with senior management, IT staff and students. The IT Technician will participate in training and supporting IT staff to deliver high‑quality customer service.
The ESF IT Technician will be part of the IT and Digital Services Team and will report to the Network Manager. This role is based at Emmanuel College in Gateshead.
