We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-sales Executive to join our sales team within the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and will be able to work independently and as part of a team The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to both new and existing customers, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude can do attitude, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding high level sales targets. This is a very challenging and demanding role that requires high levels of multi-tasking and organizational skills but equally very rewarding with future growth opportunities. The goal of a Internal Sales Executive is to assist the companys growth by bringing in customers and developing business whilst supporting our customer and offering them the most out of our services. We strongly believe developing people is key to success and will provide the successful candidate full training and support to succeed in their role and in turn want a truly hungry professional to add value to our ever expanding company. What You'll do: Outbound calling to new prospects along with proactively building and maintaining existing relationships to acquire win back potential and increased revenue generation. You will be expected to work towards weekly and monthly revenue targets and appointment KPI's which will be put in place. Creating positive relationships with gate-keepers and key decision makers. Develop relevant product knowledge and skills of our existing and new products/services. Use internal client relation management and delivery systems to process and verify data entry relation to our customers. Be a champion with negotiating skills with the ability to resolve issues and complaints. Utilize extremely high levels of organizational skills and attention to details to achieve your goals. What we need from You: Candidates must ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role (Logistics sectors preferred but not essential). Positive and can do attitude at all times. An out the box thinker who believes there is always a way. Eager to learn and advance their career with a real hunger and passionate to succeed. Highly organized individual with good time management/organizational skills complimented with excellent communication and a confident approach to outbound calling. Experience in Sales, Sales development, Telesales or Lead Generation. Naturally self-motivated and the ability to work as part of a busy team. Eager and keen to progress in a sales career with a rapidly growing company.
