We're working with a growing and well-established IT services provider looking to add a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to their support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with MSP experience looking to further develop their technical skills in a fast-paced environment while gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies and client environments.
2nd Line IT Support Engineer – Key Responsibilities
* Providing 2nd line technical support to a diverse client base
* Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues
* Supporting Microsoft 365 environments
* Managing and resolving incidents and service requests within SLA targets
* Escalating complex issues where required
* Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting desktop, laptop and user account administration
* Assisting with ongoing IT projects and system improvements
2nd Line IT Support Engineer – Key Skills Required
* 1-2+ years' experience within an IT Support or Service Desk role
* Previous MSP experience highly desirable
* Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
* Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
* Ability to work onsite in Letchworth Garden City 3 days per week
