The Successful Chef candidate will have:
* Catering and Hospitality qualification or relevant experienceExperience of cooking with a range of different food and cuisines
* Experience of catering for allergies/dietary requirements
* The ability to work a busy service and cater for large numbers
* The ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised when required
* The ability to understand relevant Health and Safety procedures
* Communication skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient customer service
