Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Electrical Engineering Manager will lead the Electrical Engineering Team, providing technical guidance, managing project delivery, and overseeing team performance to meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
* Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering team
* Oversee project delivery from design to production
* Implement continuous improvement processes
* Support and mentor team members
* Develop electrical engineering standards and procedures
* Ensure adherence to ISO9001 and health & safety policies
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
* At least 3 years of experience in a dynamic engineering environment
* Knowledge of drawing management systems like Pulse or SolidWorks PDM
* Experience with electrical schematics and industry software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical, EPLAN
* PLC programming experience
* Strong people management and decision-making skills
* Results-driven and proactive
* Methodical with attention to detail
