Based in Watford, Hertfordshire, our client is looking for an EMEA Payroll Specialist. This will be on a hybrid working basis with 1 day required in the office per week and start as a fixed term position with very strong chances of going permanent.
This job would suit someone with at least 6+ years of relevant experience with international payroll administration in shared services centre environment. They will be responsible for the analysis, execution, and support of payroll operations with utmost confidentiality of 5000 employee records and business information of the Payroll Finance Shared Services organisation. Fluency in English, both written and orally, is essential, and another European language would be preferrable.

The successful individual will have multi-national companies experience working with third-party payroll services providers. Due to the nature of this fast-paced environment, this person must be comfortable working within a complex and highly matrixed environment. Experience working in systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Global View and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
