Our client is a very early-stage financial services provider operating in personal finance and business banking. They plan to launch focusing on credit cards, expanding into personal and business accounts, and eventually applying for a banking license.

The role of the Executive Assistant / Office Manager
The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will organize office administration, support the Managing Director, and assist the future Board of Directors as needed.
* Manage office organization, reception, IT liaison, project management, and document security.
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, correspondence, and HR matters, acting as a liaison between management and staff.
* Perform duties professionally, adhering to policies and guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities

Main Duties
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and GDPR, maintain filing systems, oversee IT operations, update web and social media content, manage property and office supplies, handle recruitment and employee records, and update policies.
Administrative Duties
* Schedule appointments and meetings, resolve diary conflicts, attend meetings, and circulate minutes.
