The Role:
1. Provide dedicated one-to-one and small group support for students with autism, helping them to thrive in their learning
2. Support students to access the curriculum while building confidence and independence
3. Foster emotional regulation, communication, and positive social interaction
4. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN teams, and external professionals to deliver high-quality support
5. Implement personalised strategies tailored to each student’s unique needs
