The English Teacher will deliver high-quality lessons that develop literacy, analytical thinking, and written expression across different key stages. Responsibilities of English Teacher: Plan and deliver English lessons in line with the curriculum. Support students in improving reading comprehension and writing skills. Encourage discussion, interpretation, and critical analysis of texts. Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching English in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
