Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing and Growth to lead our digital growth initiatives. This role is crucial in scaling our pipeline and revenue efforts, focusing on paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and website performance. The ideal candidate will have deep B2B marketing expertise, be strategic and hands-on, and capable of leading a growing team.

Qualifications

* Ownership of strategy and execution across paid digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.) with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI.
* Accountability for driving pipeline and revenue from digital channels.
* Ensuring robust tracking and reporting via collaboration with the operations team, including analytics, attribution, and campaign reporting.
* Overseeing SEO strategy and website performance, with continuous optimization.
* Managing email campaigns for nurture, reactivation, and retention to maximize customer lifecycle value.
* Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing digital team.
* Collaborating with sales, operations, product, and content teams to align messaging and conversion strategies.

Requirements

* 6+ years in B2B digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of driving revenue via digital campaigns.
* Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
* Strong understanding of marketing operations, data tracking, campaign tagging, and performance reporting.
* Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), marketing automation, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
* Hands-on, performance-driven approach with the ability to manage and grow a team.
* Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
