Progression to Financial Controller Are you a Management Accountant looking for genuine progression, not just a title change on paper? This is an opportunity to join a well-established SME in the Newark area with a £6m turnover, working closely with an experienced Finance Controller and Operations Director in a hands-on, commercially focused finance environment. The business operates across multiple divisions including engineering projects, maintenance services, and product sales – meaning no two days in finance are the same. You’ll be stepping into a key role supporting the finance function day-to-day, with a clear development pathway into Senior Management Accountant and then Financial Controller.
