FASTSIGNS is launching a flagship centre in Solihull, and we aren’t looking for a "cog in the machine." We are looking for a Founding Design & Production Specialist. You won’t just be following routines; you will be establishing them. Supported by a global network of 750+ centres, you’ll have the autonomy of a startup with the powerhouse backing of a world-class brand.
The Role: Concept to Concrete
This is a 360-degree creative and technical role. You are the bridge between a client’s vision and the physical reality of their brand.
* Design & Artistry: Mastermind high-impact visual identities using Adobe Creative Cloud. You’ll prep, bleed, and perfect artwork for flawless output.
* Precision Production: Command our large-format printers, plotters, and laminators. You’ll be responsible for the "RIP" workflow and material integrity.
* The Final Touch: Step out of the studio and onto the site. From window vinyls to static signage, you’ll lead the physical installation that transforms a client's business.
* Operational Ownership: Manage inventory, oversee quality control, and ensure that every project leaving our doors is "Solihull Standard."
Are You the One?
We need a technical specialist who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
* The Toolkit: 2+ years of experience in Signage Production and expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
* The Hands: If you have experience with vehicle wraps or high-level signage, you’ll definitely stand out; however, we are more than willing to teach these specialized skills to a motivated candidate. As the business continues to grow, we anticipate this becoming a dedicated, separate role within the company.
* The DNA: Organised, agile, and possessed of a "find a way" attitude.
