Nights Residential Child Care Worker | Children's Residential Service | East Lancashire
Salary: £28,142 - £32,061 per annum (pro rata if part time). Full time (37 hours per week) and part-time positions available. Location: East Lancashire (covering homes based in Burnley, Accrington, Padiham, Rossendale, Hyndburn & Ribble Valley).
Responsibilities
* Provide night-time care and supervision in childrens homes within the East Lancashire cluster.
* Engage with children in 1:1 work around feelings, emotions and behaviours; link with other professionals (social workers, schools, police, health workers) to ensure childrens needs are met.
* Ensure the home is secure at night and, should the children wake, provide a friendly, supportive presence to address issues.
