We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to help us grow brand visibility, both for our clients and our own agency, through standout digital content and meaningful online engagement. Whether it’s launching a new brand campaign, celebrating a success story, or amplifying thought leadership from inside the trade, you’ll play a key role in helping aftermarket businesses connect with the right audiences and drive results. What you’ll do: Lead and deliver creative, effective social strategies for Autotech Communications and our automotive aftermarket clients across B2B and B2C channels. Create scroll-stopping content including graphics, reels, short-form video, and post copy. Capture and edit original video content, often on the move at events, workshops, or client sites. Manage day-to-day scheduling, posting, and audience engagement, building genuine online communities and encouraging brand interaction. Monitor trends and performance analytics, using insights to refine content, increase reach, and boost engagement. Collaborate closely with clients and the rest of our team to ensure messaging and campaigns align with wider strategies and goals. Who you are: A self-starter with a genuine passion for social media, digital content, and audience engagement. Confident in managing multiple accounts and platforms with creativity and consistency. Skilled in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro). Experienced in planning, filming, and editing videos for social. A strong communicator and storyteller with a great eye for detail and visual brand identity. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of the automotive sector, or at least a curiosity to learn fast.
