Job Description
We are searching for an experienced Operations Manager / Head of Operations for a fantastic specialist tour operator.
This role will be hugely varied, working right across the business in a senior leadership capacity.
You will need to have a strong operations background that must be within the travel industry. Experience in tours / specialist group travel is highly beneficial.
The business is going through a high growth phase, with ambitious plans and as such, they need someone who is driven, motivated, flexible, strategic and highly experienced in team management, to come in as part of the SLT - with a view to progressing to Director level, overseeing the day to day running of the business.
You should be highly organised with excellent relationship management / supplier management and customer experience skills. You should also have a strong business analytical mind, strategic and be a natural forward thinker.
