Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with ACRA and other regulatory requirements, and providing high-quality corporate secretarial support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain statutory registers and records for client companies in compliance with the Companies Act.
* Prepare and file statutory documents with ACRA, including incorporation, annual returns, changes in company particulars, and striking off.
* Draft resolutions, minutes of board and shareholders’ meetings, and other corporate documents.
* Coordinate and attend client meetings (when required) and prepare meeting minutes.
* Advise clients on compliance and corporate governance matters.
* Ensure timely filing and lodgement of statutory documents and deadlines.
* Liaise with ACRA, IRAS, banks, auditors, and other regulatory bodies on corporate matters.
* Support client onboarding and due diligence processes including KYC checks.
* Provide administrative support for other corporate services when needed.
Requirements:
* ICSA-qualified or currently pursuing SAICSA qualification (preferred).
* Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work, ideally in a professional services or CSP environment.
* Good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with corporate secretarial software. (optional)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
