Admin Manager Location: Sleaford, NG34 8HB Reporting to: General Manager Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Admin Manager to take ownership of key administrative and operational functions across multiple sites. This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership, financial awareness, and a proactive approach to compliance and process management. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Accommodation team, overseeing approximately 2,000 bookings per month, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service delivery Manage mess accountants, supporting over 1,200 members and ensuring robust financial administration Drive the effective management of aged debt, ensuring timely resolution and improved cash flow Conduct and oversee site Profit Protection audits, maintaining compliance and identifying improvement opportunities Oversee site vehicle fleet management (4 vehicles across 3 sites), ensuring operational readiness and compliance Support outlet managers in maintaining OurTime compliance and adhering to company standards Manage the site hiring hub, ensuring full compliance and smooth onboarding processes Take ownership of Crown account management, ensuring accuracy and accountability Oversee spreadover control and management, maintaining efficiency and financial compliance Provide HR administrative support to the General Manager and outlet managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel file (P File) management About You Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Confident working with financial data, including debt management and audits Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across sites What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work across diverse and fast-paced environments Career development and progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture
