SEN Teaching Assistant – 1-to-1 Support

Protocol Education is currently seeking experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to provide 1-to-1 support for pupils with a variety of additional needs in schools across Bristol, starting in September.
We are looking for individuals who:
✔️ Have experience supporting children or young people with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, SEMH, and more
✔️ Are calm, patient, and adaptable in a classroom environment
✔️ Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
✔️ Work well as part of a wider support team and follow individual learning plans

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
