We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in the courier and logistics services sector. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
HOURS OF WORK 9AM TO 18:00PM MON - FRI
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email,, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
* Utilise in-house systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to team goals.
* Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the courier and logistics sector
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
* Excellent analytical skills, enabling you to assess situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
