We're looking for a general classroom Teaching Assistant to work with small groups of students supporting their learning across all core subjects - Mathematics, English and Science. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting students with lower attainment levels in the classroom, helping them stay engaged and focused. Working one-to-one or in small groups to deliver tailored learning and emotional support. Helping with practical activities and structured routines. Assisting teachers with lesson prep and classroom organisation. Encouraging independence and celebrating small wins every day. What We're Looking For: Experience working with children or young people Someone who's caring, reliable, and not afraid to get stuck in. Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
