You'll help shape the care we provide Listen, connect, and help us improve end of life care At Marie Curie, we believe the best way to understand our care is through the voices of the people we support at Cardiff and the Vale Hospice. We want to ensure every voice is heard What you’ll be part of: Chat with patients and families members, capturing their thoughts and feedback. Record this accurately to help us understand their experience. Share positive feedback with nurses and flag any concerns to our team. Support meaningful conversations about end-of-life experiences. You'd be great fit if: You’re a warm, approachable, and compassionate listener. You respect confidentiality and handle sensitive topics with care. You can volunteer 1 or 2 hours a week at times that suit you In return, you’ll gain: Training, support, and valuable experience in a charity setting.
