We are currently recruiting for senior chef de partie to join our team, the successful candidates will be highly skilled and experienced with at least two years experience in a establishment of a similar standard, who thrives in a busy kitchen environment. The positions will be for average 40 hours per week with a flexible rota, averaging £35000 per per year, hourly remuneration, equal and fair distribution of tips, staff meals, discount when dining with us or one of sister restaurants and good working conditions. We pride ourselves on producing seasonal menu's and working closely with local suppliers and using local produce - passion and experience in this area would be advantageous for the successful candidate. We have received The Michelin Guides Bib Gourmand for the past 12 consecutive years, the successful candidates will be expected to ensure ongoing inclusion. The successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals with a desire to learn and progress.
