Join a progressive, client focused solicitors firm in Chester as their Head of Financial Services.
This Chester based firm is looking for an experienced Financial Adviser who is ready to step into a leadership role, while still advising clients,to shape and grow the in-house financial planning division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the financial planning team within the firm.
* Continue providing holistic financial advice to private and business clients.
* Work closely with solicitors on matters like estate planning, divorce, and trust management.
* Help shape and deliver the firm’s integrated legal and financial offering.
* Ensure FCA compliance and uphold high client care standards.
* Support future recruitment and development of junior planners/paraplanners & Financial Advisors.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
* Authorised Financial Adviser with at least 5 years of advisory experience
* Leadership or team management experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
