Are you an experienced Refrigeration Service Manager that has experience in an office based environment, looking to take ownership of a growing service department within a an established business?
Do you enjoy leading and developing engineering teams, overseeing service delivery, and driving performance, while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, compliant service?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Refrigeration Service Manager who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and strategic input, with the chance to shape service operations, secure new business, and progress towards a future Director-level role within the company.
The Role:
Manage and lead a team of refrigeration engineers and support staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workload management, and resource planning
Drive business growth by securing new service opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy
Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, F-Gas regulations, and company procedures
Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving escalated service issues where required
The Person:
Experience in refrigeration service management, in an off the tools role
Full UK driving licence
