Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + Annual Bonus + Team Bonuses
A fast growing and modern law firm with offices across the region is seeking a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding Bristol team. The Role
* You will manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership matters
* High net worth residential transactions
* Title checks and reporting
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
* Ensuring excellent client care throughout each transaction
Candidate Requirements
Essential
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 0-3 years PQE (or equivalent experience in residential property)
* Experience handling residential conveyancing matters
* Strong client care skills with a professional and personable approach
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
* Comfortable using digital conveyancing tools and case management systems
* A proactive, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Desirable
* Experience with new build and shared ownership transactions
* Exposure to high value or high net worth conveyancing
* Strong commercial awareness
* Ambition to progress within a growing team
