Essential Requirements of an Electronics Team Lead Proven experience leading and mentoring a technical engineering team Strong background in hardware electronics design, from concept to production Proficiency with PCB CAD tools and design for manufacture and test Hands-on expertise across analogue, digital and embedded circuit design Solid understanding of EMC/EMI design and compliance testing Desirable Requirements of an Electronics Team Lead Programming skills for embedded or hardware-related applications Experience with logic design.
