The Role
We’re looking for a Health & Safety Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Health & Safety function within the travel industry, with a particular focus on managing documentation and compliance related to our global supplier network.
This role plays a key part in ensuring that suppliers meet our health, safety, and risk standards, helping us deliver safe and high-quality experiences to our customers worldwide. Supporting the audit process, manage safety documentation, coordinate actions from inspections, and maintain accurate compliance records across our supplier base. Will also play an active role in supporting our office working environment. This role will ensure we have ongoing First Aid Training, knowledgeable Fire Marshalls and help coordinate any site and facilities audits if required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Oversee health & safety documentation for our global suppliers.
* Facilitate supplier audits and inspections, taking charge of scheduling and follow-ups.
* Regularly monitor and refresh supplier H&S data to guarantee compliance.
* Keep track of audit results, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly.
* Collaborate with the Health & Safety team to report incidents and analyze trends.
* Assist in creating meaningful reports on supplier H&S performance and compliance.
* Deliver training sessions and updates to suppliers on essential safety standards.
* Work together with suppliers and internal teams to strengthen compliance initiatives.
* Team up with HR to provide ongoing workplace First Aid training.
* Partner with facilities to promote Health & Safety initiatives within office environments.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative position is preferred, particularly within the travel, hospitality, or logistics industries.
* A solid grasp of supplier management and/or health & safety principles would be a valuable asset.
* Exceptional administrative and organizational abilities, coupled with a sharp attention to detail and precision.
* Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to engage with suppliers from various countries and cultures.
* Proficient in working with data, spreadsheets, and digital compliance systems.
* A proactive team member, adept at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
