Responsibilities: We act as the subject matter expert for the development, review, and implementation of EPICOR ERP system improvements. We take ownership of EPICOR system performance, operational functionality, and future development to support business performance and growth. We lead the integration of EPICOR into our ERP environment and ensure data and reporting are fully integrated and aligned with business needs. We provide full visibility of structured data and information to support decision-making and reduce risk. We gather and analyse EPICOR user requirements to enhance functionality and streamline business processes. We work closely with our IT, Finance, and operational teams to identify system enhancements and support successful implementation of changes and upgrades. We define, maintain, and communicate the EPICOR product roadmap in line with our business objectives and strategic priorities. We stay up to date with new EPICOR product developments. We resolve technical and operational system challenges. We deliver EPICOR system training and end-user support when needed. We produce and present regular KPI and MI reports to key stakeholders. We build strong working relationships with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with our strategy, vision, and priorities. We streamline and improve ERP processes through system enhancements and automation wherever possible. We promote continuous improvement methodology.
