Role Overview: As a Primary School Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. You will support children’s academic progress, social development, and confidence while creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment. As a Primary School Teacher, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ needs. Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on pupil progress. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development. Uphold high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare. Requirements for Primary School Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory. Experience teaching across Key Stages in a primary school setting. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum. Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
