A highly reputable and award-winning Special Educational Needs (SEN) school group is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Maths to join the permanent staff team at their Rugby site from September 2025.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality Maths curriculum to students with a range of learning needs, helping them to develop both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to students with varying SEN profiles, including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
* Develop and adapt schemes of work and resources to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets.
* Work collaboratively with the SEN team, therapists, and support staff to implement effective learning strategies.
* Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress, ensuring high expectations and achievement for all learners.
* Create a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes resilience, independence, and self-esteem.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A strong subject knowledge in Maths and a passion for inclusive education.
* Experience teaching in an SEN setting is desirable, though not essential – comprehensive training and support are provided.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students with diverse needs.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and reflective approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
