Marketing Executive (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Were on the lookout for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our close-knit team and support two innovative, sustainability-focused businesses. This is a hands-on role with exposure to the full marketing mixperfect for someone whos curious, ambitious, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Youll play a key part in delivering marketing and communications activity across both companies, from shaping content and coordinating campaigns to supporting events and driving digital engagement. Youll also be involved in a group-wide rebrand, helping roll out new messaging and materials that reflect the next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities:
Planning & Strategy Support
Contribute to the development and coordination of marketing plans
Carry out market and competitor research to inform campaign development and strategic decisions
Help ensure marketing activities align with wider business objectives
Campaign Coordination
Support the planning, delivery and monitoring of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Work closely with internal teams, external agencies and partners to keep projects on track and ensure consistency
Maintain campaign schedules and track key performance metrics
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write, edit and proofread a wide variety of marketing materials including web content, social media posts, brochures, email campaigns and internal communications
Ensure all content reflects brand tone and guidelines
Help manage and update the content calendar
Digital Marketing Support
Assist with website updates via CMS or through liaising with development partners
Create and schedule social media content
Support email marketing campaigns from copywriting to reporting
Track and analyse digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms
Reporting & Insight
Compile marketing performance reports to support decision-making and campaign optimisation
Contribute to the preparation of quarterly board reports and ad hoc insights
Analyse customer, competitor and market data to refine strategies
Events & Promotions
Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and webinars
Manage event logistics, liaise with suppliers, and assist with post-event communications and reporting
Maintain a calendar of events and promotional opportunities
Brand Stewardship
Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs
Support the rollout of a company-wide rebranding project, contributing to new materials, templates, and messaging
Maintain internal brand resources, such as digital asset libraries and templates
Administration & Team Support
Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing
Maintain marketing contact databases and campaign records
Support the wider team with general marketing administration and ad hoc projects
What were looking for:
Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B or B2B2C environments
Strong writing and proofreading skills, with excellent attention to detail and tone
